After pairing the watch with a smartphone using the Garett Activ application which is in English, it is free and can be downloaded from the Google Play or App Store, we have access to analyzes, statistics, results, reports and data from sports activities, sleep quality reports , heart rate monitor reports. In the application, we can create and save a user profile.
We can choose one of the many sport modes available on the watch, eg walking, running, cycling, mountain climbing, basketball, football, etc.
Wrist sensor - heart rate monitor
Optical wrist sensor allows you to monitor your heart rate without having to put the strap with the sensor on your chest. You can control your heart rate 24 hours a day, exercise intensity, the user gets an accurate heart rate measurement during the duration of a given physical activity, or you can configure warnings for too high a pulse. The results are displayed on the device and in the Garett Activ application where they are also saved.
The pedometer will measure how many steps have been taken on a given day, how long the distance was and how many calories burned.
