The Phanteks NV9 is designed as a spacious showcase, serving as a picture-perfect frame for a motherboard up to E-ATX in size. The tempered glass panels at the side and front, with their broad silk printing hiding, offer a breathtaking view of the interior, at the same time hiding the sturdy chassis frame. The panels fit together almost seamlessly for an unobstructed view.

Up to four 120 mm fans at the side, three at the top, three at the floor, and uniquely, two at the rear, further help highlight the motherboard and your high-end hardware at the centre of your build. You can install three 140 mm fans at the side and top. Two 140 mm fans can be placed at the rear. Alternatively, you can place 360 mm radiators at the top, and floor, and even a 480 mm radiator at the side, if you prefer more water-cooling. All three slots can hold a 420 mm radiator simultaneously for even more powerful cooling. Further, the rear can hold a 240 or 280 mm radiator. If you need special cooling for your next-gen graphics card, you can install three 140 mm fans or a 280 mm radiator on the floor instead.

The PSU, with a maximum length of 210 mm, is placed at the top rear of the case, making it easier to route your cables to the motherboard, graphics card, and other hardware components, whilst keeping them hidden from sight at the same time. You can install up to three HDDs or four SSDs in a hinged HDD cage behind the motherboard backplate, all nicely kept from view as well. Another two SDDs can be installed directly at the rear of the motherboard tray.

The I/O panel also provides a USB-C 3.1 and two USB-A 3.0 ports besides the usual power button, and combined headphone and microphone jack. By default, it is placed at the bottom front of the NV9. You can also remove it and place it at the rear of the case for an immaculate front look.
