In close cooperation with the well-known pump manufacturer EHEIM, the already very popular Aquastream 12 Volt centrifugal pump has been further improved. With improved performance, surprisingly low volume and new innovative features, the aquastream XT shows what pump development can do.

This pump not only includes the classic pump functions, but also has a measuring and control system, which can be connected to the PC system via a USB interface. For the data transmission an aquabus is available in addition to the USB port. The monitoring and control is also possible without a separate control. Depending on the version, various setting options are available, which can be conveniently set and read out using the software aquasuite that can be downloaded from the manufacturer. Once the pump has been programmed, it no longer has to be connected to the PC or the aquaero.

In addition to rotational detection, the new functions also include the determination of the maximum frequency so that reliable operation is ensured even with the strongest pump performance. In contrast to the predecessor models, the control board is already integrated in the pump housing of the aquastream XT and saves the user a lot of time during installation and space requirements in the case.

The mechanics of the pump continue to be based on the proven EHEIM technology, whose smooth running has never been achieved. Compared to the predecessor models, the maximum lifting height has been increased to a very good 4.2 meters.

In order to make the computer as quiet as possible, up to three fans can be connected directly via the pump, which are automatically controlled with the integrated and configurable control. The necessary starting speeds of the fans are taken into account and automatically executed by the controller.

As an absolutely ingenious feature you can designate the upgrade option of the aquastream XT, so the different variants of the pump with a product key can also be retrospectively equipped with the features of the more expensive variants.

Note: The inlet and outlet of the pump do not have a G1 / 4 inch standard thread. In order to use appropriate connections, adapters are therefore needed. These are not included and are therefore sold separately.
