The change in resistance level is stepless. The bike is equipped with felt pads, which increase the resistance to friction when the wheel is pressed. There is a crank on the frame that can be used to adjust the difficulty of driving. It also acts as an emergency brake. Just press a button and the bike will stop. Thanks to this, you are guaranteed completely safe training. The big advantage is the perfectly quiet operation of the machine. This means that you can train at any time, no matter where you live or how many household members live with you.

The IC7 is a great choice for both short and tall people. You can quickly and easily adjust the height, corners and distance between the seats. Unlike most exercise bikes, the equipment has four leveling legs. Thanks to this, you have a guarantee that it will be stable while driving when it is well positioned.

The bike is also equipped with all the necessary accessories and extras to make your workout enjoyable and comfortable. The LCD display shows the basic parameters of your workout, such as time, speed, distance, calories and revolutions per minute. Pedals with adjustable straps ensure a comfortable and safe fit on the foot. More advanced people can fasten their SPD shoes thanks to a special fastening on the other side. The bike has a large bottle holder. It is 12 cm wide and can comfortably hold a bottle of water up to 10 cm in diameter.
