Slow cooking at lower temperatures is one of the ways to enjoy tasty and healthy dishes. It allows you to preserve more nutrients in products than is the case with traditional cooking. Dishes prepared in this way maintain a distinctive taste, despite the fact that they are prepared using less salt, spices and fat.
