A complete home training: With this Avento 8 kg kettlebell, endless training variations are possible; from short explosive strength training to intensive core training. Kettlebell workouts are best described as a mix of strength, flexibility and cardio training, in which the entire body is trained with the help of various exercises. The dumbbells can be used for classic weight exercises but also for a large number of swing exercises. This makes the kettlebell the ideal fitness accessory to train muscle mass as well as condition. The kettlebells are made entirely of cast iron, which ensures that they last for years and are more durable than a plastic kettlebell. They are also more compact. The weights have a colored ring and weight indication. The flat bottom ensures that they stand firmly on the ground and do not roll away. The wide ergonomic handle allows for two-handed exercises, allowing even more variation in the swing kettlebell training. The kettlebell is easy to clean and store.
