Virtuves nazis Katanaimi Damasko, 300 mm, tērauds

The knives in the Katanaimi collection are made of the highest quality Japanese 73-layer, AUS-10 steel. They are extremely sharp, firm and have incisions at the top that prevent greasy, oily and starchy products from sticking to the knife.
Different steel colors are distinguished by a thin, white, heat-resistant ring that allows both steel and wood to expand safely and shrink at various speeds at extremely high temperatures.

These knives are designed for real kitchen masters.

This uniquely designed professional chef's knife is designed for cutting and slicing products. It has an extremely sharp blade and a sharp point that makes cutting easy and precise.
